Competitions

An open platform event where dancers from all organizations can showcase their talents as competitors across all categories, levels, and age groups take the stage. Categories include solo performances, team Ceili dancing, traditional set dances, and contemporary choreography. Dancers are evaluated on precision, rhythm, stage presence, and technical ability, with opportunities for recognition and awards.

NAC Welcome Banquet

Join us for a special night of celebration! The NAC Welcome Banquet will feature a presentation by inspiring mind coach, Scott Doherty, plus we pay a special tribute to our Academic All-American Award winners and those making their final competitive appearance.

An Chomhdháil Grade Exams

The Grade Exam system is an integral part of a dancer’s progression, providing structured assessments to develop technical skills and a deeper understanding of Irish dance. These exams offer An Chomhdháil dancers an opportunity to achieve recognized certification while refining their technique, rhythm, and artistry. Open to dancers of all levels, grade exams serve as an excellent way to measure progress and set new goals for continued growth.

Traditional Set Workshop

Delve into the artistry and history of traditional set dances in this enriching workshop. Dancers will refine their technique, enhance their musicality, and gain insight into the cultural significance of each dance. This workshop is ideal for those looking to deepen their understanding of traditional choreography while improving their performance quality in both competitive and showcase settings.
